Artist Sangyeop Lee seeks out the true value of “LOVE,” in the light of modern people living without their pure emotions, as humans get involved in countless relationships in the virtual world as soon as they come into contact online through digital media. The colorful word “LOVE” on the canvas, reminiscent of a smartphone or tablet screen, is not moving probably because of a virus created to spread love. In this way, the artist tells the story of a new world that we should aim for in the future through the pure feeling of love to modern people surrounded by indiscriminate digital information.
